his year 2010, Yokohama National University, returned to offer a master’s degree scholarships in infrastructure management program managed by the Program Graduate Studies Department of Social and International Business Law. Applicants who are aged up to 35 years later April 2011, are invited to submit this scholarship application. Approximately fifteen scholarships are allocated to the YNU program by the World Bank. Each scholarship provides a monthly allowance of JPY170, 000 and round-trip plane ticket to Japan plus a $ 500 travel allowance. scholarship also covers tuition, entrance examination fees and entrance fees.
Residents of low-and middle-income member countries of the World Bank are eligible for scholarships. Applicants must be aged 35 years or under as of April 1, 2011. Applicants must have a minimum of four years of practical experience involving responsibility for infrastructure development and also must intend to pursue a career in construction. People who are interested must apply for entry to the International Graduate School of Social Sciences, Yokohama National University, by August 13, 2010. After playing the records of qualified candidates, 15 potential participants will be selected for the finals for the program and will receive a scholarship of the World Bank.

Applicant must provide proof of satisfactory level of competence in English, either by submitting the official results of TOEFL / IELTS (or equivalent English language proficiency exam) or by proving that they have completed university courses conducted primarily in English.
Letters of reference or recommendation.
This one should be from someone who has supervised the applicant in a work situation and the other by a professor at the university from which the applicant graduated.
